(PRWeb UK) January 20, 2011 For a chef-in-the-making, or the culinary curious, this Residential Isle of Wight Cookery Weekend is perfect. Meet Michele Newton who will guide students through a weekend of personal tuition with her hands-on approach, with a choice of three dates in 2011, 28-30 January, 11-13 February and 4-6 March. All the delicious recipes are written by Michele herself, who has also penned a 'Lower your Cholesterol' booklet. Students will be in safe hands with this capable chef, who has worked professionally since she was 19. Guests will stay in one of two gorgeous holiday cottages in Fishbourne near Ryde, with plenty of space, and parking. Guest baskets are provided along with Isle of Wight Produce and Guide Books, so in-between cooking, exploring the Island will be the name of the game. Making friends will be no problem, as a pot supper is provided on arrival, so guests can meet each other and settle in, and have an overview of what will be achieved over the weekend. Cooking for dinner starts about 6pm, with a three course meal. On Sunday after a D.I.Y breakfast, preparing Brunch is followed by a consolidation of the course with the afternoon free to enjoy the Island. What's Included?
