Then this is the course for you: THE NATIVES SURF AND COOKERY COURSE Our new five day cookery course is based in the North Devon coastal town of Bideford and during it, we'll teach you how to run a chalet, to cook, and everything else you need to know about working in the Alps. Plus, you'll get three surf lessons throughout the week. The Natives surf and chalet cookery course can help you get started in the ski industry, whether it's a first job or a lifestyle change. This cookery course is different from all the others - Natives.co.uk has been running UK cookery courses for eight years, and we are the experts in seasonal work. We thought it about time we made the courses more adventurous, so not only do you have the opportunity to learn valuable skills that will help you clinch that Alpine job, you can also learn how to carve some turns in the summer waters of North Devon. The Natives Surf and Chalet Cookery Course costs £599pp, including all your surf lessons and hire, accommodation and meals. Why? - Learn how to run a chalet, in a chalet! - Specialist theory sessions on everything from menu planning and customer service to cleaning. - Information on working and living abroad - Have some surfing tuition What's included... - All tuition: Five days from experienced tutors - Five nights accommodation at Kingsley collage - Three surf lessons including all hire and tuition by qualified instructors - Continental breakfast - Refreshments throughout the day - Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on five nights including wine and coffee. - All cooking ingredients and the chance to taste local wine and cheese - The Natives Chalet Cook Book - Specialist sessions on running a chalet, shopping, budgeting and living in a ski resort - Natives apron - Natives T-shirt Dates 22 August Price £599pp, including tuition, surf lessons and equipment, plus accommodation and meals. Transport to the course and insurance are not included. There is a maximum of 14 students per course and students on the cookery course will stay in single rooms in the Longfield House. Course location – Kingsley School The courses are held at the superb facilities at Kingsley School, Bideford, North Devon. The school is situated on the outskirts of Bideford, just 8 minutes form the beach. It is accessible by rail and service bus or road (A23 - A39).
