Posted: 24 Jan 2011 05:21 AM PST COOK A Dish for Corrie hopeful Marilyn Bersey, from Ryde, wowed the judges to win the national cookery competition live on ITV's This Morning programme yesterday (Monday). Marilyn, 63, of St John's Hill, created a Lancashire hot-pot style dish called Mal's Corrie Cobbler. The live cook-off was judged by celebrity chef Phil Vickery and members of the Coronation Street cast. Her meal will be served up to Wetherfield residents in a forthcoming episode of Coronation Street.
